Gym

Our gym is equipped with all state-of-the-art training equipment favorable to the needs of every person. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The gym’s timings are ideal for working professionals as you can hit the gym anytime between 6:00am and 10:30pm . Our gym instructors have years of experience guiding our members in building their bodies to their desired projections. There is everything, from the most common equipment to the most unique ones.

 

Table Tennis

For those members who prefer a private sporting activity that is engaging and fun, this is your sport. We offer standard competition size boards for the game. We have a several boards therefore no congestions in the rooms. This is a sport that will get all your muscles jogged up and build on your mental health. After a long day’s works, we recommend table tennis to blow off some steam.

Swimming

The Aga Khan Sports Centre pool is a pool perfected for all ages. The pool is opened to the public at affordable rates and maximum benefits to the members. The pool has the deepest part being 3.5 meters and the baby pool about half a meter therefore safe and convenient for all.
Our well trained and qualified life guard is on the look out at all times to make sure you maximize your swimming experience without the fear of drowning. Build your physic and have fun while to take a dip at our exemplary pool.

Tennis (Outdoor Hard Court)

Aga Khan Sports Centre boasts of having an above quality modern outdoor Hard court Tennis court. Playing tennis carries with it positive health and fitness benefits. Our trainers are always present on the ground to coach and esure that you experience atmost fun. We offer a wide range of tennis programs from competitive league play to lessons, tournaments and social events.

Cricket

The Aga Khan Sports Center Ground is among the best cricket grounds in Nairobi, Kenya. The ground is used by Aga Khan Sports Club cricket team. The pitch is considered to be one of the fastest in Kenya, and the venue hosted four One Day Internationals between 1996 and 1997.

Kenya has played first-class matches here against Pakistan A and Namibia, and eight matches were played here during the 1994 ICC Trophy.
